What this site is

A single-subject reference site. Dear Passengers was announced on 14 July 2026 and is not out yet, which means most of what circulates about it is either copied from the Steam listing or invented. Our whole reason to exist is keeping those two apart — every page separates what FLEXUS has published from what nobody has confirmed, and says which is which in plain language.

We are fans of the premise, not partners of the studio. There is no relationship, no early access, no review copy and no communication channel with FLEXUS behind these pages. Anything you read here that matters to a purchase decision should be confirmed on the official Steam listing, which is the only source that can actually change the facts.

How we verify a fact

Facts come from first-party sources only: the Steam store listing for app 4534960, FLEXUS's own announcement posts on the Steam news hub, the official trailer, and on-record statements from the studio. Store telemetry — follower counts, wishlist rank, store-page edit history — comes from SteamDB.

Trailer footage is treated as evidence of tone and of visible mechanics, never as a specification. Community discussion is useful for finding out which questions are unanswered and is never used to answer them. Press coverage is cited as coverage, and where it differs from the store listing we say so rather than picking the more exciting version.

• Confirmed — stated by FLEXUS or shown on the Steam listing. Sourced inline.
• Not announced — no first-party statement exists. Labelled as open, never filled in with a guess.
• Interpretation — our reading of official footage. Always marked as ours.
• Reported — published by press but absent from the listing, such as the "Fall 2026" window. Flagged as unconfirmed.

Corrections

We would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong, and on an unreleased game that happens. If a page states something that is not supported by a first-party source, or a source has changed and we have not caught up, tell us and we will fix it and update the verification date.

Every page carries the date its facts were last checked — currently July 31, 2026 — and the home page keeps a dated verification log recording what was rechecked and when. When a material claim changes, the change is logged rather than quietly edited.

Useful things to send: factual corrections with a source, broken links, a first-party announcement we have missed, or translation errors on a localised page. We read press and partnership mail too, though we do not run sponsored placements or accept payment to change how a fact is presented.

Please do not send us support requests for the game, refund questions, key requests or demo access requests — we cannot help with any of them and have no channel to FLEXUS. Those belong in the official Steam Community hub or the official Discord.
