Privacy & Terms: Data and Conditions of Use
DearPassengersGames.com is a static reference site. There are no accounts, no logins, no comment forms and nothing to sign up for, so there is very little of your data for us to handle. This page describes exactly what happens when you read a page here, and the terms that come with using it.
What we collect
Nothing you type, because there is nothing to type into. This site has no registration, no login, no comments, no newsletter and no contact form — the only way to reach us is email, and that goes to a normal mailbox rather than into a database.
If you email hello@DearPassengersGames.com we hold that message so we can reply to it and, where it is a correction, so we can record why a page changed. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your address to anyone else.
- No accounts — nothing to create, nothing stored.
- No forms — no data submitted from the site at all.
- No advertising network — no ad tags, no retargeting pixels, no data brokers.
- No selling or sharing — we have nothing to sell and would not sell it.
Analytics and hosting
Like every website, this one is served by a host that keeps standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for delivery, security and abuse handling. That is a technical necessity of being on the internet rather than a choice we made about you, and we do not use those logs to build a profile of anyone.
Beyond those server logs there is no analytics package on this site: no page-view tracker, no heatmaps, no advertising or attribution scripts, and nothing that follows you to another site. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it changes.
Your rights
Because we hold no account data, there is usually nothing for us to export or delete. Where we do hold something — an email you sent us — you can ask for a copy of it or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@DearPassengersGames.com. We will action it and confirm.
We are not able to do anything about data held by Steam, YouTube, Discord or FLEXUS. Those requests have to go to them.
Terms of use
Read the site, quote it, link to it. What you cannot do is present it as official: this is an independent fan briefing, and passing it off as a FLEXUS or Valve communication misleads people about an unreleased game.
Everything here is provided as-is and without warranty. The game is unreleased and its details change; we check our facts and date every page, but we cannot guarantee that a page is current at the moment you read it, and we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of it. For anything that affects a purchase — price, release date, platform, system requirements — the Steam listing is the authority and this site is not.
- Trademarks and imagery — "Dear Passengers", FLEXUS and all game imagery belong to FLEXUS. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Screenshots and trailer footage are used to report on and discuss the game.
- No affiliation — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FLEXUS or Valve.
- Outbound links — we link to sources we consider reliable but do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
- Our writing — the original text and layout of this site are ours. Quote a passage with a link; do not republish pages wholesale.
Changes to this page
If what we do changes — an analytics package, a new embed — this page changes first, with a new date at the bottom. There is no version history here, so if you need to record what it said on a given day, keep your own copy.
Questions about this page: hello@DearPassengersGames.com. This is a plain-language policy for a static fan site, not legal advice — if you are deploying it commercially or to readers in a regulated jurisdiction, have a lawyer review it.
